MEAL PREP: PROTEIN CINNAMON ROLL OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/3 cups of oats (I prefer the texture of quick oats over rolled oats) 
- 4 tbsp of chia seeds 
- 4 tbsp of hemp seeds 
- 4 heaping tbsps of vanilla chai protein powder ( I use Truvani) 
- 2 tbsp of cinnamon 
- 4 tbsp of maple syrup ( add more if you want it sweeter) 
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt 
- 2 cups of almond milk 
DIRECTIONS
- In 4 containers, add 1/3 cup of oats to each one. Followed by 1 tbsp of chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, and 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon 
- Add 1 tbsp of maple syrup, 1/4 cup of yogurt, and 1/2 cup of milk to each container. Give everything a good mix. 
- Optional: you can make a cute Greek yogurt swirl by adding Greek yogurt to a plastic bag and cutting the corner off. 
- Place in the fridge and enjoy the next morning!
