MEAL PREP: DIRTY VANILLA CHAI PROTEIN BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup of rolled oats 
- 1 scoop of Truvani Vanilla Chai Protein (use code: COOKINGWITHCAR for 20% off) 
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds 
- 3 1/2 ounces of espresso 
- 1 tbsp of chai spice spice 
- 1/2 cup of almond butter 
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup 
- 1 tsp of vanilla 
- 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips OR I personally like cutting a bar up into small pieces 
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium-sized bowl, add your almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and pum. Then add in the rest of your ingredients. 
- Mix everything really well. Let sit in your fridge for 15 minutes. Once slightly chilled, scoop and roll into balls. Enjoy! 
- This makes 10-12 balls!
