PROTEIN PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of egg whites 
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder 
- 1 ripe banana 
- 1/4 cup of gluten free flour 
- 1/2 tsp baking soda 
- 1/2 tsp baking powder 
- Optional Toppings: Chocolate Chips & Raspberries 
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, add all your ingredients except your toppings. Blend until smooth. About 1-2 minutes. Cook your pancakes for a few minutes on each side until they are nice and golden brown.
