PUMPKIN SPICE GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups of rolled oats 
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped nuts 
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut 
- 2 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice 
- Pinch of salt 
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin purée 
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup 
- 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350 and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 
- Mix all your ingredients in a large bowl. Spread evenly on the baking tray and really pack it in. 
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until everything is golden brown. Let it cool COMPLETELY on the tray for 1 hour.
