SINGLE SERVE HOT HONEY PARM CRUSTED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 egg beaten
- Breading: - 3 tbsp of Panko bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp of freshly grated parm
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper

- Hot honey sauce: - 2-3tbsp of honey
- Chili flakes (measure with your heart
- 1/4 tbsp chili powder
- dash of salt
- 1 tbsp of butter

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 425.
- In one bowl, crack and beat your egg. In another bowl mix all your breading ingredients.
- Coat your chicken in the egg and then in the breading mixture.
- Place it on a greased or lined sheet pan. Spray with olive oil spray. I added broccoli as my side with a little salt and pepper. Bake for 30-35 minutes until your chicken reaches 165 degrees. I broiled mine for the last few minutes to get it nice and crispy.
- While your chicken cooks, warm up your honey sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Will only take a few minutes until the butter and honey melt and combine well. Pour over the top of your chicken and enjoy.
