PROTEIN B-DAY PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup of gluten-free flour 
- 1 serving of vanilla Truvani 
- 1 ripe banana 
- 1/2 cup of egg whites 
- 1/2 tsp baking soda 
- 1/2 tsp baking powder 
- 1/2 tsp vanilla 
- 1/4 cup of sprinkles 
DIRECTIONS
- In a high-speed blender, blend all your ingredients except the sprinkles. 
- Fold your sprinkles into the batter. 
- Heat a nonstick pan with cooking spray and cook your pancakes until golden brown and crispy. 
- Makes 4-6 pancakes!!
