CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN BANANA BREAD
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe bananas 
- 1 1/2 cup of gluten-free flour 
- 1/2 cup of vanilla protein powder ( I use Truvani) 
- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt 
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup 
- 3 eggs 
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract 
- 1 tsp of baking powder 
- 2 tsp of cinnamon 
- Pinch of salt 
- Chocolate chips (measure with your heart) 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 
- In a medium-sized bowl, mash your bananas with a fork well and add the rest of your wet ingredients. Mix until well combined 
- In a large bowl whisk together all your dry ingredients. Pour your wet mixture into your dry mixture. Do not overmix! 
- Fold in your chocolate chips. Bake for 35-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
