SINGLE SERVE: PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of full-fat cottage cheese 
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter protein powder (I use Truvani) 
- 1 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter 
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup 
- Optional topping: melted chocolate 
DIRECTIONS
- In a food processor or blender, blend all your ingredients until they are very very smooth. Should take about 1-2 minutes. 
- Transfer your mousse to a little dish and add the melted chocolate. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours!
