3 INGREDIENT PROTEIN PITA BREAD
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups of flour 
- 3 1/2 tsp of baking powder 
- 1 3/4 cups of plain nonfat Greek yogurt 
- 2 tsp of salt 
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, whisk all your dry ingredients together. Add your Greek yogurt and mix with a wooden spoon. Once the dough starts to come together, start using your hands to finish mixing it. 
- Make 12 small dough balls. Roll each one out as thin as you can get them on a floured surface. If you want them to be a perfect circle, use a plate to trace cut along the edge! 
- In a skillet on medium-high heat, coat the pan with olive oil and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Watch carefully because they can easily burn.
