PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE SQUARES
INGREDIENTS
- Crust Layer: - 2 1/2 cups of dark chocolate granola 
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder 
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup 
- 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil 
 
- Cheesecake Layer: - 16 oz of full-fat cottage cheese 
- 3 servings of peanut butter protein powder 
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup 
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter 
- 1-3 tbsp of almond milk 
- 1/4 cup of melted chocolate 
 
DIRECTIONS
- Use a food processor to blend your granola until it’s super fine. 
- Add all your crust ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined. Evenly press your crust into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. Set in the freezer while you make your filling 
- Add your cheesecake layer ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until super creamy. If you need to add 1-3 tbsp of milk to help it blend. 
- Evenly spread your cheesecake layer over your crust and put it back in the freezer for a couple of hours. Drizzle over your chocolate and enjoy!
