BLUEBERRY LEMON PROTEIN PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana 
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder 
- 1/2 cup of egg whites 
- 1 tsp of vanilla 
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda 
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder 
- 1/4 cup of gluten-free flour 
- Juice of 1 lemon 
- Toppings and Filling: 1/2 cup of wild frozen blueberries 
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all your ingredients to make your batter. Cook your pancakes and hand a handful of blueberries to each one. 
- Mix the rest of your frozen blueberries and your desired amount of maple syrup together. Pour over your pancakes and enjoy.
