SMALL BATCH BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana 
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter 
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup 
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla 
- 1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder 
- 1/4 cup of oats 
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder 
- Cinnamon (measure with your heart) 
- 1/3 cup of chocolate chips 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350. 
- In a medium bowl, mash your banana. Add your maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla. Give it a good mix until well combined 
- Fold in your dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Scoop out 4 cookies and press them down because these will not spread. 
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the bottoms are nice and golden.
