CHICKPEA CHOCOLATE BARK
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained 
- 1 melted chocolate bar of your choice 
- drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of salt 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. After you rinse and drain your chickpeas, dry them off well with a paper towel. 
- Lay them evenly on a sheet tray and drizzle with a little olive oil. 
- Bake for 30 minutes shake the tray every 10 minutes until they are cripsy. 
- Pour them into a bowl of melted chocolate and mix. 
- Pour the mixture onto a lined baking tray and spread it out. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour!
