PEACHES AND CREAM PROTEIN PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of egg whites 
- 1 scoop of Truvani Vanilla Chai Protein Powder 
- 1/4 gup of gluten-free flour 
- 1 banana 
- 1/2 tsp baking soda 
- 1/2 tsp baking powder 
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla 
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon 
- 2 peaches, sliced thinly 
- 2 tbsp maple syrup 
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar 
- 1 tbsp of butter 
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt 
DIRECTIONS
- Add your sliced peaches, brown sugar, butter, and a dash of cinnamon in a small saucepan. mix everything on low heat until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes. Set to the side and let cool. 
- Add your egg whites, protein powder, flour, banana, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a blender. Blend until creamy and cook your pancakes 
- layer your pancake with Greek yogurt and the peaches mixture. enjoy!
