LEMON GINGER WELLNESS SHOTS
INGREDIENTS
- 3 bags of ginger, washed. ( I used three bags from trader joes) 
- 6 lemons cut into quarters 
- Turmeric 
- Cayenne pepper 
- Coconut water 
- Apple cider vinegar 
DIRECTIONS
- Fill your blender to the top with lemons and ginger. You can leave the skin and peel on just give everything a good wash. Add as much of the spices as you’d like. 
- Fill your blender halfway with coconut water and add as much apple cider vinegar as you want. You may need to do two rounds depending on your blender. 
- Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer. Feel free to double-strain! Store in the fridge. I got about 15 shots out of this recipe!
