PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE SKILLET (HEALTHIER)
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs 
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter 
- 1 tsp of vanilla 
- 1/2 cup of coconut sugar or brown sugar 
- 3/4 cup of almond flour 
- 1 tsp of baking soda 
- pinch of salt 
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350 and grease an 8-inch skillet. 
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk your wet ingredients and sugar together. Fold in your dry ingredients. Add your chocolate chips and mix. your batter will be thick! 
- Evenly spread out on your skillet and bake for 20 minutes!
