EASY STOVE TOP CINNAMON APPLES
INGREDIENTS
- 3 large apples, cubed 
- 1 tbsp cornstarch 
- 3 tbsp maple syrup 
- Cinnamon (measure with your heart) 
- 1 tsp of vanilla 
- dash of salt 
DIRECTIONS
- On medium-high heat, add your apples and 2 tbsp of water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Your apples should be fork-tender. 
- Add the rest of your ingredients and cook for a few minutes until you see the juices slightly thicken and the apples become soft.
