CARROT CAKE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 serving of vanilla chai protein powder ( I use Truvani) 
- 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt 
- Cinnamon (measure with your heart) 
- 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup 
- 1/4 cup of shredded carrots 
- 1 frozen banana 
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats 
- 1/2 - 3/4 of almond milk 
- 1 small nub of raw Ginger 
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds 
- 3-4 walnuts 
DIRECTIONS
Blend all your ingredients in a high-speed blender. Top with more walnuts, cinnamon, and carrots!
