MEAL PREP: CHERRY PIE OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup of oats (I prefer the texture of quick oats over rolled oats) 
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds 
- 1 tbsp of hemp seeds 
- 2 tbsp of collagen powder 
- dash of cinnamon 
- 1 tsp of maple syrup ( add more if you want it sweeter) 
- 1/4 cup of greek yogurt 
- 1 cup of almond milk 
- 1 cup of frozen cherries thawed 
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, blend your almond milk and cherries until smooth. This will be your liquid for your overnight oats 
- In 4 containers, add your dry ingredients. Then add your yogurt and maple syrup. To each container add 1/3 cup of the cherry milk. 
- Mix each one, and let sit in the fridge overnight. Top with cherries in the morning! Enjoy
