SPICY MARINATED FETA STUFFED OLIVES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup of green olives 
- 1 small chunk of feta cheese 
- 1/2 cup of olive oil 
- 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar 
- 1 tbsp of red chili flakes (more or less for spice level) 
- 1 tbsp of fresh chopped rosemary 
- Zest of one lemon and orange 
- 3 cloves of minced garlic 
DIRECTIONS
- Start preparing your olives by draining them and stuffing each one with a little chunk of feta. 
- Add your olives to a big bowl and the rest of your ingredients. Give everything a good mix. 
- Store in an air-tight container and place in the fridge for at least a few hours. The longer they sit the better they will get!
