HEALTHY BANANA PEANUT BUTTER MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • ¾ cup of peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla

  • 2 tbsp of milk

  • 1 cup of oat flour

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • dash of salt

  • chocolate chips (measure with your heart)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a large bowl, mash your bananas and add the rest of your wet ingredients. Mix until well combined

  3. Add your dry ingredients and fold just until combined. Grease a muffin tray and evenly distribute the batter.

  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
