HEALTHY BANANA PEANUT BUTTER MUFFINS
INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas
¾ cup of peanut butter
1/3 cup of maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tbsp of vanilla
2 tbsp of milk
1 cup of oat flour
1 tsp of baking powder
dash of salt
chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, mash your bananas and add the rest of your wet ingredients. Mix until well combined
Add your dry ingredients and fold just until combined. Grease a muffin tray and evenly distribute the batter.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
