PROTEIN S’MORES BROWNIE SKILLET
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of almond flour 
- 1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder (I used Pravi — Code: COOKINGWITHCAR for a discount) 
- 1/3 cup of cocoa powder 
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder 
- 1/4 tsp of salt 
- 1/2 cup of greek yogurt 
- 2 eggs 
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup 
- 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil 
- 1/2 tsp vanilla 
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips 
- 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers 
- 10-15 marshmallows cut in half 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 
- In a large bowl whisk together your wet ingredients until pale in color. Add your dry ingredients and fold until just combined. Fold in your chocolate chips and graham crackers. 
- Grease a 10-inch skillet and evenly spread your brownie batter in the pan. Bake for 20 minutes. 
- Once done, layer your marshmallows on the top. Turn your oven onto a low broil and broil until the top is golden brown. CAREFULLY WATCH because they will burn within seconds.
