CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz of cottage cheese 
- 1/4 cup of chocolate protein 
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup 
- 3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder 
- Pinch of salt 
- Optional toppings: - mashed raspberries 
- Melted dark chocolate & coconut oil 
- Flaky sea salt 
 
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all your ingredients until SUPER smooth. Depending on your blender, this could take 1-3 minutes. 
- Scoop your mousse into two serving dishes. Top with mashed raspberries, melted chocolate, and salt. 
- Let sit in the fridge for a few hours before enjoying.

✼ For dairy-free, use 16 oz of canned coconut or 3-4 ripe avocados
