PROTEIN JALAPENO POPPER DIP
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups of full-fat cottage cheese 
- 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt 
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozz 
- 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar 
- 1/3 cup of Trader Joe’s sweet and hot jarred jalapeños, chopped 
- 1 fresh jalapeño chopped (if you want it spicer keep the seeds and use a couple more) 
- 4 thick-cut pieces of cooked and chopped bacon 
- 1 shredded chicken breast 
- 2 tbsp of chopped chives 
- 1/4 tsp of cumin and chili powder 
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
- 1/2 tsp onion powder 
- 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper 
- Extra cheese for topping and sliced jalapeños 
DIRECTIONS
- Mix everything in a bowl. 
- Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes in an 8x8 pan. 
- For the last few minutes put it on broil but keep an eye on it because it will burn very easily. Serve with chips and enjoy
