APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of oats 
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder 
- 1/2-3/4 cup of almond milk ( to your liking ) 
- 1 tbsp hemp and chia seeds 
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 
- cinnamon (measure with your heart) 
- top with my cinnamon apples, you can find the recipe a few posts back 
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all your ingredients together and let sit in the fridge overnight or for at least a couple hours. 
- When you’re ready to eat add your apples!
