OATMEAL APPLE COOKIES (HEALTHIER)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats 
- 1 cup almond flour 
- 1 tsp baking powder 
- 1/4 tsp salt 
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
- 1 tsp vanilla 
- 1/3 cup maple syrup 
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 
- 1 medium grated apple 
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all your ingredients in one bowl. Let your dough sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. 
- Preheat your oven to 325. Scoop and press down each cookie. They will not spread in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes. 
- Let them completely cool on the tray. 
- Optional: Ice them with greek yogurt mixed with maple syrup.
