SMALL BATCH: ALMOND JOY TRUFFLES (HEALTHIER)
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut (not flakes) 
- 1/4 cup of almond flour 
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup 
- 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil 
- melted chocolate & chopped almonds for toppings! 
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the first 4 ingredients very well. Form 4 balls. 
- Drizzle over your melted chocolate and sprinkle your almonds. 
- Set in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!! Store in the fridge for up to a week!
