RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE PROTEIN ICE CREAM POPS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of cottage cheese 
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt 
- 1/4 cup of almond milk 
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup 
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder 
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract 
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers 
- 1/3 cup fresh raspberries 
- 1 tbsp chia seeds 
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon 
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, mash your berries, chia seeds & lemon together. 
- Crush your crackers in a small bag. Set both aside. 
- Blend the rest of your ingredients together until very smooth. 
- In a silicone popsicle mold, alternate your three mixtures, ending on the crackers. 
- Freeze for 6 hours and enjoy!!!
