DILL PICKLE TUNA SALAD
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cans of tuna in water, drained 
- 1/3 cup of minced red onion 
- 1/3 cup of cucumbers, chopped 
- 1/3 cup of celery, chopped 
- 1/2 cup of dill pickles, chopped 
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard 
- 1/4 cup of fresh dill, roughly chopped 
- 1 tsp of salt 
- 1 tsp of pepper 
- juice of 1/2 a lemon 
- 1 tbsp of pickle juice 
- 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt 
- 1/2 cup of avocado mayo 
DIRECTIONS
- Add all your ingredients into a bowl and give it a really good mix! 
- I like to serve mine on a piece of toast but this would also be great with crackers. I like my tuna salad a little more "wet" If you want it more dry do half the amount of Greek yogurt and mayo!
