MEAL PREP: TURKEY BACON EGG BITES
INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs 
- 1/4 cup of egg whites 
- 1/2 cup of cottage cheese 
- 1/3 cup of chopped veggies 
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese 
- 6 pieces of turkey bacon 
- 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper 
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350 and grease a muffin tray REALLY well. 
- Align your bacon in each cup. It's okay if they fold over each other. 
- Blend your eggs, cottage cheese, egg whites, and spices. Evenly pour in each cup. 
- Sprinkle in your veggies and top with cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are set and the bacon is crispy.
